Productivity Without Pressure

I’m not sorry for wearing a blanket today and getting things done while pacing in my kitchen. You shouldn’t be either. ⠀⠀

I used to beat myself up for not always been productive, not realizing my mani-gen self wasn’t meant to be instead, I needed to leap forward then retreat while looking for opportunities. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

I’m in a period of retreat and response, which means I’m drinking more tea, wearing more blankets as outerwear, scanning the world for opportunities, and getting my three-part to-do list slowly.
And you know what? It doesn’t make me less productive. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
Productivity is personal. Your productivity needs are personal, which is why some time management advice doesn’t work for you. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

Yeah. I said it. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

That’s also why I work 1:1 with women, so we can make time for what you need in life to be your most productive self. ⠀⠀⠀⠀

Productivity doesn’t mean getting more done. It means getting the ish done so you have the room for more of what you need. ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀

So as I sip my tea and look at the world for signs to respond – I’m curious…
